**Job Description:**

We are currently seeking friendly, outgoing, and organized individuals to join our team as Front Desk Staff. As the first point of contact for our clients, Front Desk Staff play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service, managing spa operations, and creating a welcoming environment for all visitors. If you have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a desire to work in a fast-paced spa setting, we want to hear from you!

 

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet clients warmly as they enter the spa, providing a positive first impression and ensuring they feel welcome and valued.

- Assist clients with check-in procedures, verifying appointments, updating personal information, and completing necessary forms.

- Schedule client appointments accurately and efficiently, utilizing the spa's scheduling software or system.

- Coordinate appointment times, services, and therapist availability to optimize scheduling and minimize wait times for clients.

- Answer phone calls promptly and courteously, providing information about spa services, pricing, availability, and policies.

- Respond to email inquiries in a timely manner, providing detailed information and assistance as needed.

- Process client payments accurately and securely, using the spa's payment processing system or POS terminal.

- Promote retail products and spa packages to clients, providing information about product benefits, ingredients, and usage.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area, including the reception desk, waiting area, and retail displays.

- Monitor inventory levels for office supplies, retail products, and promotional materials, replenishing as needed to ensure smooth operations.

- Build rapport with clients through friendly and attentive customer service, addressing their needs, concerns, and preferences with professionalism and empathy.

- Handle client complaints or issues effectively, escalating to management when necessary to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.

- Collaborate with spa therapists, estheticians, and other staff members to coordinate client appointments, share important information, and resolve scheduling conflicts.

 

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a similar role preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications and scheduling software.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
