GlobalTell College of Florida (GCF) was established to provide affordable access to a student-centered educational experience that emphasizes the ethical, technical, and cognitive skills needed for successful careers and lifelong learning. We seek a personable individual for the Receptionist/Office Assistant function at the college. 

Handling incoming calls and other communications.

Managing filing system.

Recording information as needed.

Warmly receiving and directing students and other stakeholders as needed.

Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.

Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

Performing general office clerk duties and errands.

Serving as first impression and digital communications specialist as needed.

Coordinating events as necessary.

Maintaining supply inventory.

Maintaining office equipment as needed.

Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.

 

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or associate’s degree.

Experience as an office assistant or in a related field.

Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.

Warm personality with strong communication skills.

Spanish and English proficiency preferred

Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Great communication skills.

Have a valid driver's license.

Expected hours: 32-40 per week
